On May 23, 2025, at approximately 8:04 AM, the Friendswood Police Department received a call regarding a suspicious male at an apartment complex located in the 3100 W. Bay Area Blvd. The male had approached a woman as she was walking to her apartment door requesting water and a cigarette. The woman gave him water but noticed the man continuing to loiter in the vicinity of her unit. As officers responded the man was observed smoking a crack pipe.
The male identified as Adolfo Espinosa, 41, was taken into custody for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the apartment complex.
Espinosa was involved in a similar incident on February 20, 2025, at an apartment complex located in the 17200 block of Blackhawk Blvd in Friendswood.
