Traffic Stop Leads to Arrests for Methamphetamine Possession
League City, TX (August 13, 2025): League City Police Officers have arrested 36-year-old John Fuerst and 40-year-old Amber Conner, both of League City. Fuerst and Conner have both been charged with Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 >=4g
On August 12, 2025, at approximately 10:26 a.m., LCPD officers conducted a traffic stop on a tan Toyota RAV4 in the 200 block of Oakwood Street. The driver, identified as John Fuerst, was found to have multiple active warrants, including one out of Brazoria County. The passenger, identified as Amber Conner, exhibited suspicious behavior during the stop.
LCPD K9 Officer Jones deployed K9 Donna, and she alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle led to the discovery of multiple baggies containing a total of 12.7 grams of suspected methamphetamine, along with drug paraphernalia. Both Fuerst and Conner were taken into custody without incident.
