Yesterday, the Friendswood Police Department was honored to host several Crime Victim Liaisons from partner law enforcement agencies from Harris, Galveston, Brazoria and Fort Bend Counties. Friendswood Police Chief Josh Rogers and guest speaker Amanda Groller of the Gulf Coast Center talked about the important role liaisons play in supporting victims following mass attack incidents.
