On Wednesday, November 13, 2025, the Friendswood Field Support Unit and Investigators arrested Stephen Lee Seiter, 40, of Friendswood, in the 100 block of Avery Springs Ln., in League City, TX. A Harris County Felony Warrant for Burglary of a Habitation was issued for Seiter’s arrest following an investigation where he was captured on security camera on November 3, entering a home in the 16800 block of Barcelona Drive and stealing prescription medication while the elderly homeowner was hospitalized. Seiter was a home health worker for the victim.
