On December 23, 2025, at approximately 2:04 PM, the Friendswood Police Department received a call regarding a male who allegedly exposed himself to a child in Stevenson Park. Officers immediately responded and began searching the park and gathering video evidence. The video footage provided allowed officers to positively identify the male.
On December 24, 2025, at 1:45 PM, Richard Moore, 54, of Friendswood, was arrested for Failure to Stop At A Designated Stopping Point and transported to the Friendswood City Jail. While in custody, a Galveston County 3rd degree Felony Warrant for Indecency With A Child by Exposure was filed against Moore with a bond set at $100,000.
