League City, TX (July 28, 2026) – The League City Police Department has taken four juveniles into custody in connection with significant damage caused to Magnolia Creek Golf Club earlier this month.

 

On July 16, 2026, LCPD officers responded to Magnolia Creek Golf Club to investigate significant damage caused to the golf course the previous evening by individuals riding e-bikes on the property without permission. The damage was estimated to be over $5,000. After a thorough investigation, detectives positively identified four juveniles responsible for the damage to the golf course and filed criminal charges against them.

 

Today, July 28, 2026, all four juveniles were taken into custody for felony criminal mischief and were later released to their parents.

 

The League City Police Department would like to thank the citizens who provided video evidence and assisted in identifying the juveniles involved. Community cooperation continues to play a vital role in holding offenders accountable and helping keep League City safe.

 

As a reminder, riding e-bikes, motorcycles, or other vehicles on private property without permission may result in criminal charges, including trespassing and criminal mischief if damage occurs. Riders are encouraged to respect private property and obtain permission before entering or operating vehicles on privately owned land.
