League City, TX (June 27, 2025): League City Police Department Detectives with the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) arrested 27-year-old Hunter Loyd of League City. Loyd has been charged with Manufacture/Delivery CS PG 1 >=4g=400g ($100,000 Bond), and Poss CS PG 1
The investigation began after SIU received an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers of Galveston County regarding potential cocaine distribution from an apartment at the Harbor Walk Apartments, located at 2751 E FM 518 in League City.
After a thorough investigation, SIU Detectives gathered sufficient evidence to obtain a search warrant. On June 26, 2025, at approximately 4:10 p.m., detectives executed the search warrant at the Harbor Walk residence, where Loyd was detained without incident.
The search warrant resulted in the seizure of a large amount of narcotics including cocaine, fentanyl, psilocybin mushrooms, THC cartridges, and marijuana. Also seized were multiple guns and a large amount of cash. Loyd was subsequently placed in custody and transported to the League City Jail.
This investigation remains ongoing with further charges pending.
