The goal of Public Works Water & Wastewater Utilities division is to provide the highest quality of service to citizens. This division maintains the water and wastewater utility lines within the City limits.

Water & Sewer Line Locates
The City of Friendswood does not participate in 811 for water and sewer utility markings. Water and Sewer line locate requests are to be directed to locates@friendswood.com. Requests should include the following information:
- Work area description including street names and intersections.
- Projected start and finish date for project.
- Contractor contact information.
- For franchise utilities, please include your ROW permit # in the request.
