The Friendswood Police Department would like to congratulate Captain Price on his recent graduation from the Certified Public Manager (CPM) Program at the University of Houston.
This program is a nationally recognized leadership development program for public sector professionals. The program provided advanced training in organizational leadership, personnel management, budgeting, communication, performance improvement, and strategic planning. Through coursework and a capstone project, developed skills directly applicable to law enforcement leadership, including team development, resource management, and organizational effectiveness.
